Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for approving all improvements, repairs, and modifications to homes in Thunderbird North. This applies to any structure on the property visible from the street. Requests must be submitted prior to beginning work.

 

Requests must be submitted in writing and include the specific details of the proposed work.  In the case of minor projects, informal drawings along with dimensions/measurements, paint colors, and other relevant details are acceptable.  For major improvements actual architect's drawings or blueprints are required.

Please allow five business days for approval.  Expedited review may be requested when circumstances warrant.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee serves to ensure members are aware of events involving our community. The committee helps to deliver information about the association and surrounding area to our members.

 

The Communications Committee also serves as a liaison with the Board, and maintains the association's website to include the most up-to-date information on Thunderbird North and the community association.

Garden Club Committee

The Garden Club helps to beautify the neighborhood by maintaining garden areas.

Social Committee

The Social Committee is in charge of developing and overseeing events for the neighborhood, such as pool parties and the annual neighborhood meeting.
